Five people drown in two different incidents

SUKKUR: As many as five people, including two girls, drowned in two different incidents in Thatta and Sanghar respectively. Three picnickers, residents of Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, identified as Jaffer, Samiullah and Kashif drowned in Kenjhar Lake near Thatta, while they were swimming in the lake. The Pakistan Navy divers recovered the bodies from the lake. In another incident, two little girls, three-year-old Shahdzadi, d/o Ramzan Junejo, and her sister four-year-old girl Zeba, drowned in a lake in village Jatti Junejo in Sanghar, while they were playing close by.
