Rape case quashed as allegations prove false

LAHORE: A rape victim turned out to be a criminal involved in at least one dozen cases. The victim “W” got registered a rape case against accused Faizan at Wahdat Colony police station.

Police arrested the accused. During the investigation, the victim refused to undergo medical treatment before the court. Police checked her credentials and found her to be a complainant in dozens of cases. She also misled the police by writing her name Eman in this case. She used to collect money by trapping citizens in the cases. She also used to change her name in every case and use fake identity cards. In the light of the facts and her statement before the court, the case against Faizan has been quashed.
