Pak-Qatar Takaful gets ISO
KARACHI: Pak-Qatar Takaful has been declared ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certified by Risk Associates for its information security management system (ISMS) after its performance met the standard required for the certification, a statement said on Tuesday.
Pak-Qatar General Takaful CEO Muhammad Nasir Ali Syed, Pak-Qatar Family Takaful CEO Azeem I Pirani, Risk Associates Professional Services Director Kashif Hassan, Risk Associates Certification Services Director Noman Jehangir along with senior officials from both organisations attended the declaration event.
Nasir Ali Syed said, “By achieving our ISO 27001 certification, Pak-Qatar Takaful extends our commitment to our internal, as well as, external customers, for whom security is a top priority.”
Kashif said, “Certification and strict compliance with latest security standards demonstrates the commitment of Pak-Qatar Takaful Group to keep the customers information and data secure at the optimum level.”
