BB’s birthday celebrated

TOBA TEK SINGH: The leaders, workers and activists of Pakistan People's Party (PPP) celebrated the 68th birthday of former prime minister Benazir Bhutto on Monday.
Two separate functions were held where former women development minister Begum Neelum Jabbar Choudry, Zulfiqar Ali Nasir, Mazhar Kahlon and other PPP leaders paid rich tributes to the slain party leader. At Gojra former revenue minister Haji Muhammad Ishaq, at Kamalia Farooq Semab and at Pirmahal Sheikh Muhammad Akram addressed the BB’s birthday events. They said her struggle for democracy and rule of law in the country would always be remembered.
