MNA’s servant commits suicide in Parliament Lodges
ISLAMABAD: A private servant of minority Member of the National Assembly (MNA) committed suicide in a suite at Parliament Lodges by hanging himself with ceiling fan Saturday morning.
The deceased was identified as Santosh Kumar who was working with MNA Lal Chand affiliated with the ruling party, the officials of the Parliamentary Lodges told the media.
He was found hanged in Suite 9 housing in Block-H when his master left for Sanghar at about 4 pm on Friday. The people engaged in the investigation of the case, said that the deceased properly recorded a video before he hanged himself.
In his recorded video, he gave message that cause of his extreme step of killing himself was his father-in-law and mother-in-law who ragged him a lot. “He set his mobile phone on a table and recorded his message properly before committing suicide,” police said and added that there were enough evidences to accept that it was not homicide but he committed suicide.
