Bears on Tuesday reappeared at the Lahore Stock Exchange (LSE) as its LSE 25-share index declined 14 points to close at 5,299 points. The trading volumes were higher than those recorded on the last trading day.
Out of 24 companies traded during the day, the value of 11 increased, 11 declined while two companies were traded at same value. Trading volume was 1.05 million shares, higher than the trading of 712,909 shares recorded on last trading day.
DCL was the volume leader with a turnover of 406,000 shares. Pakistan Petroleum Limited was the major gainer with an increase of Rs5.90/share.
