Three injured in gas leak blast

LAHORE:Three people were injured in an explosion due to gas leakage at a food outlet at Thokar Niaz Beg here on Monday. Rescue 1122 shifted the victims to hospital. Reportedly, a gas leakage was going on in the fast food outlet when someone lit fire resulted in the explosion. The outlet was badly damaged. The injured have been identified as Maham, 25, Kashif, 25, and Haroon, 20.

MAN DIES: A man was killed in a road accident in Shahdara Town. Bashir Maseeh was trying to cross a road when a car hit him. He received serious injuries. He was shifted to hospital but could not survive. The driver fled the scene after the incident.

ELECTROCUTED: A 30-year-old man was electrocuted in Manawan. The victim identified as Fayyaz was busy repairing an electric motor and touched an electric wire.

ROOF COLLAPSE: Two people were left injured after roof of a house collapsed near Arfa Kareem Tower. The injured have been identified as Shoaib Yaseen, 20, and Arshad Zafar, 21. They were shifted to Lahore General Hospital.
