MARDAN: Chairman Standing Committee on Commerce and Industry Senator Zeeshan Khanzada on Sunday said the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government had presented a people-friendly budget.
Speaking at Mardan Press Club after laying the foundation stone of the new auditorium, he said the PTI government was striving to work for the wellbeing of the poor. He said that no effort would be spared to provide facilities to the working journalists.
The auditorium would be built at an estimated cost of Rs12.4 million.
The senator added that Rs12 billion had been set aside for small industries in the federal budget.
