Man stabbed to death

LAHORE:A 44-year-old man was stabbed to death over a minor dispute in Bhatti Gate police limits here Tuesday. Victim Babar was asleep at his plot when he was stabbed to death by an unidentified man. It is reported that he had a dispute with an unidentified man. Police removed the body to morgue.

Arrested: Lohari Gate police arrested two people for doing aerial firing in the air. The arrested suspects have been identified as Rizwan and Farhan. Police recovered a gun from them. They would stand at a chowk and harass people public including women. Two days back they had a dispute with public when they stopped them from doing it. Meanwhile, two bike lifters were arrested by Hanjarwal police. They have been identified as Bilal and Riaz. Police recovered four motorcycles, mobile phones and cash from them. Two pistols and bullets were also recovered. Besides, Lorry Ada Police arrested two pickpockets.

They have been identified as Yousaf and Bilal. Police also recovered cash, mobile phones and weapons from them. Two drug dealers were arrested by Nishter Colony police. They have been identified as Rofas Maseeh and Nazim. Police recovered 60-litre liquor.
