PPP, PML-N anti-people parties: Sarwar
LAHORE
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Punjab organiser Chaudhry Mohammad Sarwar has said that people will eliminate the PML-N with the power of their votes in next general elections. The PML-N and the PPP were just two sides of the same coin because their anti-people policies were identical, he said, adding that the PTI would be strengthened with its membership campaign.
Addressing a ceremony on Friday, he said the increase in LPG prices was tantamount to squeezing the poor for the luxuries of the rulers who were acting as agents of IMF and World Bank. He said PML-N, which used to lure the masses with big dreams, had given nothing to masses but price-hike, corruption and crises. He held rulers’ corruption responsible for increase in development and power generation projects, while the rulers were still making fool of the masses with the claims of good governance.
