Cameras banned in polling premises

JHANG: District Returning Officer/DCO Nadir Chattha Thursday said in the light of the directions of the ECP no one would be allowed to enter in polling station along with any kind of cameras.
The code of conduct of the ECP would be enforced with letter and spirit during the polling process, he said.
Talking to reporters outside District Police Office, the DRO said ballot papers, voter lists and other polling material have been handed over to 2O ROs by the ECP which will be started further handed over to the presiding officers aimed tightened security.
The Distract Police Officer, Humayun Masood was also present. Chattha said the coordination meeting with army commander has been done and all security measurers especially about 134 sensitive polling stations had also been discussed in detail. He said weapons from candidates have also been collected by the police.
