Healthcare of child week

OKARA: The Healthcare of Mother and Child week will be observed in the district from today, said DCO Qaisar Saleem.
Addressing a function here, he said that the government was taking interest in providing health facilities to the people. Dr Javed Ahmad Goraya said that 171,435 children under two years of age would be vaccinated against the diseases. He said that 57,145 pregnant women would be vaccinated against tetanus.
