Two traders booked for fraud

FAISALABAD: Two traders were booked on the charges of defrauding in separate cases.
Muhammad Younis had borrowed Rs 4,000,000 from trader Khurram Mukhtar of the Factory Area and Wakeel Ahmad of Millat Town had gotten Rs 2,000,000 from a trader on the promise of returning the amount with the interest but they refused to return the interest and amount.
According to the complainants, they were given cheques which were bounced when they were taken to relevant banks.
CTO ORDERS REFLECTORS: Chief Traffic Officer Sardar Muhammad Asif Khan Friday directed all sector in-charges of Traffic Police to take action against those drivers who are not pasting reflectors on their vehicles. Addressing the sector in-charges and traffic wardens at a meeting, the CTO said before the start of foggy season and sugarcane crushing season, drivers must be bound to use reflectors to avoid accidents. He also asked speed gun squads to improve their performance and remain active round-the-clock. The CTO warned a strict action against irresponsible officials.
