LAHORE: Justice (R) Nasira Javed Iqbal has said that the late Justice (R) Javed Iqbal had great love for Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) and he always prayed for the development of the university. She expressed these views while talking to a delegation of Allama Iqbal Open University. Registrar AIOU Prof. Dr. Muhammad Naeem Qureshi and Regional Director Lahore Rasool Bukhsh Behram called on Justice (R) Nasira Javed Iqbal and expressed condolences over the death of Justice (R) Javed Iqbal and prayed for the departed soul. The delegation also visited the grave of Justice (R) Javed Iqbal on the premises of the mazar of prominent Sufi Khawaja Khawand Mehmood popularly known as Khawaja Aeshan at Begumpura, Lahore. Members of the delegation paid rich tributes to national services and said that he was a great asset to the country and the nation and he was a custodian of Nazariya Pakistan. —Correspondent
