FAISALABAD: Prof Dr Muhammad Rafiq Khan, former vice-chancellor of University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, died here on Sunday.
Scores of people attended his funeral prayers offered at playground of Govt Technical High School D-Ground, Peoples Colony. Rafiq Khan remained VC of the UAF from June 1991 to Nov 1995. Qul will be held at Jamia Mosque of Government Technical High School, D-Ground, at 8am on Monday (today). Meanwhile, the UAF will remain close due to the death of Rafiq Khan today.
