Two more streets sealed following positive tests

Islamabad: Following the reports of suspects of COVID-19, two more streets in Sector G-6/1-4 were sealed here on Tuesday with deployment of police.

Earlier, two streets were sealed in the very sector following confirmation of coronavirus suspects and three cases were tested positive.

On Tuesday, a women in Street 86 of Sector G-6/1-4 was tested positive with COVID-19.

Other housemates of the respective woman are being tested and other family members have been Quarantine at the house.

Resultantly, Metropolitan Corporation of Islamabad (MCI) taking prompt action with assistance of ICT police sealed the street with deployment of police.

Meanwhile, MCI also conducted disinfectant spray in the street as well as in adjacent streets of the Sector G-6 and in all the houses of streets 86 and 85 of Sector G-6/1.
