Roaming people easy prey to virus

LAHORE: While all medical practitioners, para-medical staff and all those who in one way or another are affiliated to the hospitals remain the most vulnerable targets of the deadly Covid-19, the unsuspecting general public roaming outside their homes in the City without any logical reason, are equally an easy prey to this deadly menace which has changed the face of the world forever.

According to the latest reports of the scientists, medical experts and researchers, who have shared their ever than one’s own home to ditch this global menace which has virtually crippled the world’s biggest economic giants and have brought unprecedented misery to the mankind, never seen before in the recent history.

As the wise men and women of science and medical profession have been warning the general public time and again about the sufferings and devastations by this ‘yet to be controlled’ Monster of Coronavirus; may you be in a parking lot or in a crowded grocery store or on a crowded road, the Coronavirus is right there everywhere, waiting for you to make a fatal mistake of being careless i.e. coming out of your home without any genuine reasons and, moreover, without the most essential protective gear, including mask, sanitizer and gloves.

There are many good and ‘Not So Good’ posts, being circulated on various mediums of the social media, right from quick ‘home-made’ remedies’ against Corona and all kinds of herbal medicines & potions being “invented” by the chronic social media addicts.

However, there has been no earth-shaking breakthrough in these imaginary treatments against the most destructive virus in human history which has taken more than 100,000 valuable human lives from the shores of Atlantic to the banks of Indus River.

The experts all around the world have a unanimous agreement and religiously believe that the most effective and only protection against Coronavirus so far, remains social distancing and staying protected athome only away from this merciless killer of mankind, rather than bumping into it without having a moment’s thought about the loved ones being left at home, who all are counting on them.
