SHC reserves judgment on bail application of co-accused of Khursheed Shah
SUKKUR: The special bench of the Sindh High Court on Tuesday reserved its judgment in the bail application of co-accused of Syed Khursheed Shah in a corruption reference of Rs1.23 billion. Reports said that on Tuesday, the counsels argued before the Special bench of the Sindh High Court circuit bench at Sukkur that their clients were innocent and had been dragged by NAB along with Syed Khursheed Shah and his family members, including his wives Gulnaz Bibi, Talat Bibi, son MPA Farrukh Shah, Zairak Shah and provincial minister Owais Qadir Shah while NAB investigation team had completely failed to probe the charges. So the bail application of their clients may be granted. The judges, including Justice Amjad Ali Sahatto and Justice Shamusuddin Abbasi, reserved the bail grant decision.
