Neesham irked by repeated PSL tweets
LAHORE: A series of tweets regarding the standard of Pakistan Super League irked New Zealand all-rounder Jimmy Neesham.
Neesham expressed his displeasure after being asked about the PSL constantly on social media. The 29-year-old got frustrated after a fan asked him about the standard of PSL on which he questioned that he has not played the tournament so how would he know. “Getting a bit sick of this question! I haven’t played in it so how would I know???,” Neesham replied.
A week ago, on Instagram, he was asked whether he is coming to the next season of PSL, Neesham replied “Hopefully! looks like a cool tournament.” It must be noted here that PSL has grown into one of the competitive cricket leagues in a short span of time. Recently, the whole fifth edition of the league happened in Pakistan, unfortunately, the knockout phase got postponed due to the current coronavirus pandemic.
