SUKKUR: An interdepartmental quiz competition took place at the Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur. It was organized by the office of the Dean of Faculty of Social Sciences & Arts in collaboration with the Centre for Peace Development Initiative (CPDI), Islamabad. Masood Hussain said, “Today I am really impressed by the enthusiastic and competitive approach of the students.” Shoaib Akram Raja, programme manager, CPDI, said, “We have signed 12 MoUs with different universities of Pakistan, but this was the first-ever successful event in terms of management, academic standards and performance by the students.” There were three rounds in the quiz competition. In the final round, the Department of Commerce secured the first position.
