He said Punjab-Turkish Desk had been set up at Punjab Investment Board which would play an important role in promotion of industrial, trade and economic relations between the two countries. He said the Punjab government wanted to set up a theme park in Lahore and it would welcome Turk cooperation in this regard.
The delegation chairman expressed the desire to promote cooperation with the Punjab government in tourism and other sectors and said that participation of Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif in Expo going to be held in Istanbul in October would be a matter of pleasure. He said the Expo would be inaugurated by Turk President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
The Turk delegation formally invited Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif to participate in the Expo and said that Pakistani pavilion would also be set up in the Expo.
