Plantation campaign in Mithi

MITHI: The Pakistan Red Crescent Society started a “Youth Civic Engagement Tree Plantation Campaign” here on Wednesday. The Deputy Commissioner of Tharparker, Khuda Dino Shoro, inaugurated the campaign by planting a sapling at the PRCS office. Speaking on the occasion, he said that the campaign had been initiated to create awareness among the people about the significance of trees in the ecosystem.
