NZ beat Pak girls in Fed Cup

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan wom­en lost their last pool match against New Zealand 0-2 in the Fed Cup of the Asia-Oceania Group II tie in Wellington Thursday.

According to reports reaching here, Emilly Faning overwhelmed Mahin Qureshi 6-0, 6-2 while Valentina Ivanov and Erin Routliffe defeated Mahin and Ushana Suhail 6-1, 6-0 in the doubles to see their team going on top of Pool A.
