Man gunned down

GUJRANWALA: A man was gunned down over a minor issue at Ludhewala on Friday.
The buffaloes of Qaisar entered the field of accused Yousaf, which infuriated him and he exchanged hot words with Qaisar over the issue. Later, the accused allegedly shot Qaisar dead. Police have registered a case.
2 HELD WITH DEAD ANIMALS’ MEAT: A Livestock Department team on Friday raided and arrested two people on the charge of selling dead animals meat in separate incidents here.
The team conducted a raid at Usman Colony and arrested Nasir with dead animals’ meat. The same team in another raid arrested Asif from Alam Chowk with dead animals’ meat. The police have registered separate cases.
PRISONER DIES: A prisoner died of AIDS in the Central Jail here on Friday. Kashif was arrested by City Wazirabad police in a narcotics case.
