Interior minister, KP governor discuss merged areas’ issues
PESHAWAR: Interior Minister Ejaz Shah called on Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Shah Farman on Thursday and discussed matters of mutual interest including overall law and order situation in the province. The security situation of tribal districts after merger into province was also discussed in the meeting. It was also decided to establish integrated coordination between Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and federal government to further improve the law and order and security situation in the province. Talking on this occasion, the governor said that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa was the most affected province in the war against terrorism and peace now has been restored in the province due to government policies and matchless sacrifices of people, police and security forces.
