Senior journalist passes away in Lakki

LAKKI MARWAT: A senior journalist, Maulana Ghazi Marjan, who passed away due to protracted illness a day earlier, was laid to rest at his ancestral graveyard on Thursday.
He was 78. A large number of people including journalists attended his funeral prayers at Eidgah. The deceased was a senior journalist and had affiliation with the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl since long. He was the father of journalist Irfanullah Marwat and Ihsanullah Marwat while grandfather of Barkatullah Marwat. The ‘qul’ would be held tomorrow (Saturday) at his residence at Mohallah Baghban in Lakki City.
