Jobs for expats

Successive rulers have been claiming credit for exporting talented manpower to other countries and welcoming their remittances in dollars. Their dollars are being consumed without creating job opportunities for them when they return home.

What will be the future of these expatriates if they are sent home by their host countries? If so, do we have any plans as to how to reintegrate them?
