Competent authority

‘Competent authority’ stands as the most misinterpreted term in our unjust and corrupt society. It is noticed that several competent authority persons or organizations never follow the law or rules, particularly in the recruitment or hiring process. Those who are placed in the administration always try to give a whimsical interpretation of the said term.

Like many other law-literate and law–abiding citizens, I always try to record my protest through various modes and means against such flagrant violations and wilful misinterpretations of the law.
