Families of APS martyrs stage protest

PESHAWAR: The family members of the Army Public School (APS) attack martyrs held a protest here on Sunday to remember their beloved children on the fifth anniversary of the tragic incident. Holding portraits of the martyred boys, the aggrieved families including mothers gathered near the Peshawar Press Club to register protest against the APS attack. They complained the perpetrators of the gruesome incident could not be brought to justice even after five years. They said they were still awaiting justice. The victim families of the ASP carnage were not satisfied with the government’s efforts and demanded bringing to book the actual perpetrators of the gory incident wherein 147 students and teachers lost their lives, they added.
