Body of youth found along road

Rawalpindi : Body of a 19-year-old boy was found near Race Course Road, Rawalpindi here on Sunday.

A motorcycle bearing number of RA-17 was also found near the body of the young boy identified as Muhammad Wajid s/o Muhammad Shabbir. The Rescue 1122 officials shifted the corpse to District Headquarter Hospital (DHQ), Rawalpindi.

The Rescue 1122 Official spokesman Farooq Butt told ‘The News’ that at about 6:39 am people informed them about presence of a body near Race Course Road. The rescue teams reached the spot and found a body.

He said that reason is still unknown that how he was killed. The rescue officials have shifted the dead body to DHQ for further investigation, he said.
