Gold prices up Rs150/tola

KARACHI: Gold rates increased by another Rs150/tola in the local market on Friday. All Sindh Saraf Jewellers Association said the gold rates in the local market increased to Rs84,700/tola. Similarly, 10 grams gold prices were raised by Rs129 to Rs72,617.
However, in the international market, gold rates decreased $4 to $1,472/ounce. Jewellers claimed bullion prices in the local market were trading Rs1,500/tola lower, compared with the rates in the Dubai gold market.
