Student unions’ revival to bring forth qualities of leadership: Governor Chaudhry Sarwar
LAHORE: Punjab Governor Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar has said that government’s initiative to formulate a comprehensive code of ethics for revival of student unions is in accordance with students’ expectations.
In his twitter message on Monday, Chaudhry Sarwar said that every decision of the government under the leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan was in the best interest of the country and nation. Prime Minister Imran Khan took a historic decision of reviving student unions on the model of international universities and this initiative would not only provide the students an opportunity to indulge in constructive activities along with their studies but also bring forth their potential qualities of leadership.
In another message, the governor said that confidence of foreign and local investors had restored and uncertainty ended because of well-conceived and viable economic policies of the government. While Pakistan Stock Exchange also recorded ever highest figure of 39,000 points, which is a clear manifestation of investors’ trust in the PTI government’s policies.
Under the guidance of Prime Minister Imran, the government has managed to save Pakistan from bankruptcy and now the country is achieving many successes in the fields of economy, he said and added that with economic stability, problems of inflation and unemployment would also be solved.
