Islamabad: The national health services ministry’s departmental promotion committee is set to examine the grade 17-19 promotion cases of doctors, nurses and paramedics working in Islamabad's government health facilities.
Health secretary Dr Allah Bakhsh Malik will chair the meeting at the ministry on Dec 4. The committee will review the service records of the doctors, nurses and paramedics of the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences, Federal Government Polyclinic, National Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine, Federal General Hospital and Federal Medical and Dental College awaiting promotion to BPS-17, 18 and 19.
The ministry has already directed these health facilities to send in the relevant documents by today (Monday).
