Punjab, Sindh MPAs cricket match today
LAHORE: The cricket teams of Punjab and Sindh Parliamentarians will play an exhibition cricket match at Gaddafi Stadium on Tuesday (today).
Members of Punjab team flexed their muscles during a practice session at Johar Town cricket ground. They also took part in physical fitness training session to improve their stamina ahead of friendly fixture.
Punjab Minister for Sports Rai Taimoor Khan Bhatti in a statement on Monday said the friendly fixture between Punjab and Sindh Parliamentarians will play a key role in improving cordial relations between the politicians of two provinces. “Definitely, it’s nice feeling to see Punjab and Sindh Parliamentarians in the cricket ground. Such matches will absolutely play an important role in enhancing brotherhood among the people of two provinces,” he stated.
