Two brothers among three die in accident

PAKPATTAN: Two brothers and their one cousin were killed in an accident near Chowk Purana Thana on Sunday. Muhammad Hussain, his brother Muhammad Hassan and their cousin Ghulam Rasool were on their way by a car when their vehicle struck against a roadside tree. As a result, all car riders were killed on the spot.
FAKE CHEQUES: Police on Sunday booked two fraudsters here. Accused farmer Shakir gave a fake cheque of Rs 583,000 to Abdul Latif of Grain Market Arifwala, which was bounced by the concerned bank. Accused Muhammad Akram gave a bogus cheque to Awais of Timber Market Arifwala, which was bounced by the bank.
