I-Day celebrated in Bhakkar

BHAKKAR: Like other parts of the country, the Independence Day was celebrated in Bhakkar on Friday with national enthusiasm and zeal.
On the occasion a big ceremony was organized at the Jamil stadium where the DCO, the DPO, legislators and other dignitaries were present.
The DCO hoisted the national flag.
Speeches were delivered on the importance of independence and other topics.
Students performed tableaus and sang Independence Day songs.
Mismanagement was observed in arrangements as participants were not managed in a proper way.
Earlier, special prayers were performed in mosques for the stability, welfare and prosperity of the country.
