Lahore Stock Exchange opened on a positive note on Monday, as the LSE-25 Index gained 46 points to close at 6,155 points.
The trading volumes were lower than the volumes recorded on Friday.
Of the 90 companies traded, the value of 20 increased, 14 companies suffered losses, while there was no change in the value of 56 companies' shares.
Trading volume was 1.45 million shares, higher than the trading volumes of 1.91 million shares recorded on the last trading day. SilkBank Limited was the volume leader with a turnover of 71,600 shares.
