Professor Christopher Wolf, a renowned interventional cardiologist, is going to visit Punjab Institute of Cardiology, Lahore, for conducting a tow-days workshop from August 3 on coronary angioplasty and stenting. According to a press release issued here on Sunday, during the workshop, Prof. Wolf will perform stenting of complex lesions which will be telecasted live to an audience of local cardiologists and trainees. He will also deliver a lecture on modern techniques as well as management decisions relevant to complex patient’s subsets. This will not only enlighten the local faculty of interventional cardiologists but also help image building of Punjab Institute of Cardiology as a center of excellence, according to the chief minister initiative.
