4 die in separate incidents

BAHAWALPUR: Four people, including a woman, died in different incidents during Eid days.

A man and a woman died when two motorcycles collided in the area of Airport Rahim Yar Khan police.

Three others sustained injuries in the accident and were rushed to Sheikh Zayaid Hospital, Rahimyar Khan. A car hit two motorcycles near THQ Hospital Chishtian, leaving a man dead on the spot and two others injured.

The injured were removed to the THQ Hospital. According to Rescue-1122 staffers, Wajid Jam of Basti Ghulamo Khakhi drowned in the River Sutlej near Jhangrra Sherqi on Eid day while taking bath.

According to Director Emergency Ward Bahawal Victoria Hospital Dr Aamer Mehmood Bukhari, more than two dozens injured people were brought to the hospital.
