Islamabad: President Dr Arif Alvi Friday said historical documents and photographs were great depiction of Pakistan’s rich cultural chronology.
He said this while interacting with visitors during an exhibition of archival documents and photographs, held at Aiwan-e-Sadr. The exhibition was organised by the National Archives of Pakistan (NAP).
The president said NAP had preserved the historic depositary treasure which was of immense importance for the new generation to know its history and culture. “I have a keen desire that public should have access to this treasure as it is an important source of information regarding national history and culture,” he added.
