Young business leaders meet

PESHAWAR: The meeting of the Advisory Council of Young Business Leaders (ACYBL) was held here on Wednesday.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister for Finance Taimur Saleem Jhagra presided over the meeting, said a handout.

Secretary Finance Shakeel Qadir, members of ACYBL Asad Saifullah (Director Legal, Saif Group), Zahidullah Shinwari (CEO, Alpha Pipes), Afan Aziz (CEO, AJ Textile Mills Ltd), Asim Bokhari (CEO,Megaplus),Osman Asghar Khan (CEO, AG Technical Services), Khalid Khan (Chairman, Central Asian Cellular Forum), Sohaib Tanveer (VP, CECOS University), Suniya Sadullah Khan (Co-Founder, Mauqa Online), Asad Iqbal (Director, Khyber Bank), M Usman Khan (Consultant, Finance Minister) also attended the meeting. The aim and objective of this meeting was to discuss and explore the potential contribution that can be made to the economic growth of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The meeting commenced with opening remarks on the 100 days strategy, along with post 100 days’ plan. Discussing the six pillars on which the growth strategy was envisaged 100 days plan mandate, Taimur Khan Jhagra emphasised on the execution part of the strategy, explaining the vision for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 5-year plan and future prospects. He explained the importance of trade opportunities, inclusiveness of stakeholders in devising new industrial growth strategy, skill development and government plans to provide the right infrastructure for economic activity.
