Role of effective leadership underlined

PESHAWAR: The role of effective leadership was underlined at a training workshop arranged Wednesday where the participants enhanced knowledge about team management and strategies to achieve the tasks.

Titled “Action Centered Leadership (ACL) “, the daylong workshop was hosted at the City University of Science and Information Technology (CUSIT).

Dr Omer Zafar Jhagra, an ADAIR-accredited trainer, was the resource person. The officials of the university and Peshawar Model Degree Colleges attended the event.

The resource person shared different elements of the ACL with the participants through practical work on its fundamental components.

CUSIT Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr Kashifur Rahman along with registrar, heads of the departments thanked the resource person for his valuable session.
