ISLAMABAD: Minister for Aviation Division Muhammadmian Soomro told the Senate on Thursday that during the last ten years, five airlines were issued licences but only one was operational while another had requested for cancellation of its licence.
He told the House during the question hour that of these, Air Indus, Rayyan Air and Air Sial Limited were not operational while Serene Air was operational and Askari Air Pakistan’s operator had requested for cancellation of the licence and it was under consideration.
