Suspended Khassadars stage protest against India

BARA: The suspended Khassadars staged a protest here on Thursday against the Indian aggression.

Holding placards inscribed with words against Indian aggression, the protesters led by Malik Muhammad Adeel and other suspended Khassadars gathered at the Bara Press Club and chanted slogans against India and in support of Pakistan armed forces.

They said that Khassadar force had rendered matchless sacrifices against the militants for the sake of the motherland.

The protesters said that the government should give them a chance to fight India. “We support the security forces against the Indian aggression,” Muhammad Adeel, a protester said, adding our forefathers had fought for the motherland.

He said the suspended Khassadars should be restored forthwith as their families were living a miserable life. They appealed to Army chief, Corps Commander of Peshawar, inspector general Frontier Corps and the chief minister to reinstate the suspended Khassadars as soon as possible.

Association: The Class-IV employees of the Education Department formed an association. The All Khyber Class-IV Employees Association would work to promote the interest of the employees. The office-bearers included Khan Kaleem, president, Mahmood Yawar Hayat, general secretary, Malik Allauddin, Deputy General Secretary, Aamir Afridi, Finance Secretary and Shakir Khan, office secretary.
