Rawalpindi : Deputy Commissioner Rawalpindi Chaudary Muhammad Ali Randhawa directed education department to ensure provision of missing facilities in educational institutions in order to provide our students with educational friendly environment.
He said that our main objective is to provide quality education to our students for which students of lower grade will be focused especially to boost up their base. He said that monitoring mechanism should be enhanced and not only CEO but deputy education officers and assistant education officers should visit schools as regular basis. Numbers of visits to be compared with the result of the institution, he said and added further that teachers’ attendance and performance should also be monitored vigilantly.
The deputy commissioner said that teachers are the key component in the development of student personality so their training is a must thing. He also directed building department to ensure provision of missing facilities in schools. Schools with work in progress should be marked and contractors should be directed to segregate work are by tents. He also directed education officers to bring presentations of assistant education officers’ level in next DERC meeting.
Meeting was attended by ADC (F&P) Nousheen Sarwar, sub engineer building Saleem Akhter, SNA Qamar Nazeer, CEO education and deputy education officers from while district.
