Babar Awan meets NA Speaker, discusses legal issues

ISLAMABAD: Senior leader of the PTI Babar Awan Monday held meeting with Speaker National Assembly (NA) Asad Qaisar and held discussion to speed up the legislation process in the Parliament.

Babar Awan while meeting the NA Speaker at the latter’s residence advised him for lobbying for the smooth sailing of military courts from the Parliament.

The legal and constitutional issues were also come under the discussion during the meeting. Babar Awan, who has served as law minister and minister for parliamentary affairs during the PPP government has the good experience of smooth sailing of legislation through better lobbying. He also appreciated the Speaker National Assembly for smoothly running the proceedings of the House and his role as a Speaker.
