Bodies of slain labourers brought to Bajaur
KHAR: The bodies of three labourers, who were killed in Larkana a day earlier, were brought to Bajaur tribal district amid protest on Thursday.
Member National Assembly (MNA) Gufaraz Khan Baghi, MNA Guldad Khan, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader and Member Provincial Assembly Haleem Adil Sheikh along with others brought the bodies to Khar, the headquarters of Bajaur district.
The members of Bajaur Youth Jirga and traders staged a protest on the occasion. Speaking on the occasion, the leaders demanded the Sindh government to arrest the killers of the labourers.
The three innocent labourers were killed in Larkana city of Sindh province on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Pakistan People’s Party leaders Senator Farhatullah Babar, Minister for Health, Sindh, Nasir Hussain Shah and Akhunzada Chattan visited the residences of the slain labourers in Bajaur.
They offered fateha and assured the bereaved families to bring the culprits to justice. They also announced Rs500,000 each to the heirs of the slain labourers.
