MANSEHRA: A man has allegedly hanged his 10-month daughter to death and seriously injured his wife over unknown reasons in Balakot on Monday. "We have been investigating why the suspect brutally killed his daughter and chopped off body parts of his wife with scissors," Khushal Khan, the police investigation officer told reporters. He said the incident happened in the Sungar area of Balakot and body of the victim, Kainat Bibi was handed over to her family on completion of medico-legal formalities at the Civil Hospital in Balakot.
