Cricket is back

This refers to the editorial, ‘Cricket comes home’ (May 22). We are delighted to see international cricket being played on home ground. For a nation looking for some opportunity away from drone strikes, suicide attacks and terrorism, this is a very welcome surprise.
In this context, we should be thankful to Zimbabwe for undertaking this tour despite the ICC refusing to officiate the trip for security fears. The efforts of the PCB for providing cricket lovers good entertainment are also appreciated.
