Former Nazim booked for occupying school land

ATTOCK: Anti-Corruption Department Attock has booked four people including former Tehsil Nazim Attock for allegedly occupying the land allocated for a government school.
Tehsil Administration Hazro filed a written complaint with Anti-Corruption Department stating that former Tehsil Nazim Attock Qazi Khalid Mehmood, former EDO (Education) Attock Syed Ansar Wazir Haider, a revenue official Asad and a teacher Muhammad Ghafran are involved in illegally occupying of land allocated for a govt school.
As per the allegation levelled against the aforesaid people eight kanal area in village Jatial having Khasra No 231 and 232 as per revenue record was the property of Education Department Attock.
Over an area of three kanal and 17 marlas Govt Girls High School Jatial has been built while rest of the land has been occupied by former tehsil Nazim Qazi Khalid Mehmood.
The Tehsil administration Hazro Anti-Corruption Department has started an inquiry. On the other hand, the former Tehsil Nazim Qazi Khalid Mehmood who is having affiliation with PTI while talking to newsmen termed it a political victimisation and baseless allegation.
